Fitness Center Hours: 6 am - 9 pm

Experience the ultimate in wellness and fitness with our state-of-the-art fitness center, located at the Sunflower Beach Club & Pools and designed for the exclusive use of our homeowners and guests. Whether you're into strength training, cardio, or yoga and stretching, our facility is fully equipped with a wide range of amenities, including free weights, medicine balls, and top-of-the-line machines. Maintain your wellness routine while soaking in the sun and sea, as everything you need for a fulfilling workout is right at your fingertips.

WaterFit

Cool off as you workout! This low impact class will get your heart pumping and muscles working. Don’t underestimate the power of water. (swimsuits not required, but recommended. We will be in shoulder deep water) Class open for everyone and all ages as long as you can take direction. Classes are held rain or shine and are subject to change according to weather.

Strength Training

This circuit based class is a full body workout including warm up and cool down. Classes are held rain or shine and are subject to change according to weather.

CardiYoga

A blend of flow, holds, reps and pulses. This class is a full body workout that will test your strength and endurance. Class is for everyone and all ages as long as you can take direction! Classes are held rain or shine and are subject to change according to weather.
