We look forward to handle check-in/check-out for your guests, check the water system, pay your bills, order repairs, have your pool and house cleaned, and much more with our PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. We take care of your house as it would be ours, and all it coasts is a low flat rate once a month or an even lower rate once a year. You still rent your house out, but we can help you get even more out of your investment by renting it out, too. You decide what we shall do. Give us a call, and we take care of it. As part of our property management fee we do also take care of your hurricane and weather protection, like roll down your shutters. You have no neighbors to call to help you out. We will do weekly stops at your house to check everything (water, power/electric, A/C, leaks, pool).
